An Example Of Our Work

We worked with a client to understand the characteristis of those in Sales and Advice based relationship roles to identify the characteristics that were needed in those roles to maximise success.  Through the use of our database and psychometrics, we identifed 8 characteristics 4 of which were critical. 

Examples of the characterics like Curiosity, Connection, Reasoning, Collaboration were examined alonside high, medium and low scores and correlated to real world perfromance.  

This resulted in the creation of profiles enabling our client to make placement and development decsions with greater confidence and where best to direct spend through intelligence and insight.
